Fightclub Ohio’s Community Halloween Party
And Kinky Swap Meet!

Join us on Friday, October 23rd, for our next big community play party. No need to be local! If you’re over 18, involved in the scene in your area, and/or an active member of your local group, you’re welcome to attend this party! For all of us Cincinnati kinksters who are used to trekking two hours in various directions for parties, it’s time play close to home! We have a fantastic space in the West End downtown!

We will be having a swap meet during the first two hours of the party for people in the community to buy, sell, and trade any gently used items that are in working order that they might have. We will also be hosting local vendors on site, as well.If you are a vendor, the cost for a space is $25, which includes your admittance into the party later in the evening. If your partner or a guest will be attending with you, the cost is $35. If you are a member of the community who has items to sell/swap, the cost is $10 for a table. Pay for both your party admission and your table space at the same time and receive $5 off.

If you are attending ONLY the party, it will be from 8pm to 2am, and the cost per person will be $20. Snacks will be provided for everyone, and a cash bar serving soda and bottled water will also be available. Since this is Halloween, costumes aren’t just suggested - they’re expected! Prizes will be awarded for the best dressed individual and couple. While there can be no bonfires inside, not to worry - we’ll be playing with fire in other ways! We are thrilled to have Soul Fyre Productions as our special guests for the evening. They will be performing in the 10 to 11 o’clock hour of the party, and also be on hand throughout the evening presenting spectacular fiery spectacles for all of you.

Anyone wanting to help with prep work at the space during the week prior to the party (October 19th-22nd) will receive $5 off admission to the party for donating their time. If you’ll be busy then, you can also receive $5 off your admission to the party by volunteering to do an hour shift either at the registration table or as a dungeon monitor for the evening. Some of you more ambitious folks are welcome to sign up on the volunteer databases for all of the above, but there’s still only one discount per person

You can find ALL of the volunteer databases here. You need to be a member of the listserv to sign up on any of the databases – this way, no one else can change/delete your entries on the database but yourself.

In order to host a “private” party within the Hamilton County legal rules and regulations, no money will be collected at the door, so everyone needs to pay in advance. This counts as your RSVP.We apologize: Paypal didn’t want to give us functioning HTML for a payment button, so you’ll have to pay for your tickets via Paypal manually by using fc.ohio.treasurer@gmail.com. When you pay for your ticket, please give your legal name and the email address to which you would like your RSVP sent in the “notes” section. The guest list will be kept private by the council, and ALL guests must have RSVP’d in order to receive the party location and party rules via email. The guest list will also be checked against IDs at the door the night of the party – anyone not on the list will NOT be admitted.

This party is limited to the first 120 RSVP’s! Ticket prices will increase by $10 if you purchase one after the guest list has closed. THE GUEST LIST WILL BE CLOSED AT MIDNIGHT ON WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 21ST! Party details will be sent to guests AFTER the guest list has closed.
